Good evening

Just a few things

Also regarding situation on trust deed to be finished in 3 months or so
My overall debt was £11,505 and by the time the I would have payed back in 3 months left would be £9,275 left would be £2,230 if you look at overall at ordinary debt

Also £3000 I got in compensation from a back injury that I was upfront with and told them every thing that i received in August 2021 I heard nothing from TD for 6 weeks after that then got email out of blue ( normally after monthly expenses I get corresponding within a few days I would need to pay this back then for Another 2 months I had no other correspondence about with the TD company until they say it will be extended until all 3000 is collected something they new since August 2021 and now 3 months before my TD is due to be finished I get email saying they want a repayment plan for it I just want it to end and I can concentrate on getting on with the future and money

Seems I was mislead going into a trust deed then I would have better would be doing a debt management looking at it now

I got a letter from a rebate company who say the TD named in letter successful claimed on my behalf but according to TD company they didn't so confused about who claimed on my behalf

Thanks

Hi Jay23todd,

I just looked at your previous post from 2020 and it gives the impression that you were making the personal injury claim. Have I misunderstood this?

Thanks Jay23todd.

I'm still struggling to understand what your question is (sorry). Would you mind clarifying this please?
