Hi,

Currently in years 3 of my trust deed. Over the past 3 years i have been enrolled in an employment saving scheme with i have just cleared to pay for a new pup for christmas. Is this allowed under the trust deed or do i have to hand over all my savings.

Thanks

Welcome to the trust deed forum Shauntrivett7.

Modest saving is allowed during a trust deed. In fact it's a very sensible thing to do, so that there's some funds available for an emergency for example.

Presumably this money will be paid into your bank account at some stage (or has been already) and will therefore be discoverable by your trustee at a review. How much do you expect to receive (or have you already received)?
