Hi Kl20.

We don't offer direct person-to-person advice on these issues I'm afraid. It's not where are training or experience is and it's also not something that we're resourced for.

If we can continue to help you here within the forum we'll try our best to assist you.

Hi Kl20,

Have you thought about speaking with your Trustee about how you are feeling? Perhaps they could sit down with you and go over things which might clear up a lot of your concerns.

Yes I'm going to speak to him but I'd like advice about consultation I had with him prior to signing trust deed

Hi Kl20,

What kind of advice are you looking for?

I would speak with your Trustee first and explain your thoughts and concerns. Following this if your not happy then you can consider a formal complaint to your Trustee in writing and then if your still not happy you can consider a complaint to their professional body.

At time of signing trust deed I was under immense stress & pressure, i did not read any information about trust deeds I just listened to information I was given by company. I know this is probably my own fault but I did not even know a trust deed was legally binding & something I couldn't get put off
