Protected trust deed

I was told by my trustee that my trust deed would become protected on the 7th of June it is now the 17th of June and i have never herd back from my trustee, should they have been intouch with me to let me know what is happening or is it a case of no news is good news.

No news is good news, I would assume they would have told you if it had not been Protected..... In my case I really only found out that it was protected when I emailed my Trustee a few days after the closing date to confirm they had been no objections......

Just give your Trustee a call today or if you want register yourself to the Accountancy in Bankruptcy website and you can check yourself if your Trust Deed has indeed been registered as Protected.....

But I doubt your have much to worry about......
