Hi guys,
Just thought id drop you a line to let you know my weeks of waiting are now over, i recieved a phonecall today from my trustee stating that the objections my creditors had have now been overturned and my trust deed has now become protected.
A monthly payment of £857 a month, which if im careful is manageable for me, so hopefully there will be light at the end of the tunnel!

Congratulations! I have been following your story. So pleased for you. It must be good knowing you are now on the road to being debt free.
My five weeks is up tomorrow midnight. Haven't heard a word from anyone. No creditors or Trustees. Is no news good news? Maybe they are all waiting for the eleventh hour!! Any advice appreciated!

Thanks, my fingers are crossed for you.
I had a bit of horesetrading go on between my trustee and creditors, my trustees monthly expenditure differed slightly from what the creditors thought were reasonable expenses.
I had to contact my trustee to find out what was happening on the crunch day itself to find out, they were still sending e mails to one another, so no news isnt necessarily bad news. Just hold in there and hope for the best and hopefully will all work out ok

I will wait until the holiday weekend is over and contact Trustees next week.
I shall hopefully have good news - will let you all know.
