Hi everyone, my trust deed gained protected status today. A long 5 weeks but well worth it. I did have one creditor object at the beginning but Julie waved her magic wand and they bowed to her command and lifted the objection. Well done Julie and thank you so much for all your help. You have made me a happy peep. Good luck to everyone else that is in the waiting game.

Congratulations LMM thats great news for you.Like me, you will feel that you are starting to get on with your life now that alot of pressure is off. I bet your glad that you found this site and used the advice given.

Thanks Mazda5 and Trust Deed Assistant. This site has been so helpful. I am also very grateful to Julie for all her help in making this easy and also for helping me find the light at the end of the tunnel. Good luck to everyone who takes the steps I have taken.
