I am looking for some advice re inheriting property during a trust deed.

At the moment i am exploring all debt solutions to my situation.

The question I have is I believe in the next few years I will inherit a share of my grans house. I am fully aware and accept that should this happen I would pay this over to the trustee if i am in a trust deed. However my question is as I would inherit an equal share of the property along with My mum and siblings. Would they find out during this time about my trust deed?

Hi Gibby37, welcome to the forum!
As you have acknowledged, when you enter into a Trust Deed all of your assets are conveyed to the Trustee and this includes any assets you acquire during the course of your Trust Deed.
If you do inherit a share of your grans property during your Trust Deed and the property requires to be sold, the Trustee would need to be involved in the sale and sign the disposition therefore it is likely that your family members would find out about the Trust Deed.
As an alternative debt solution, have you considered the Debt Arrangement Scheme?
I hope this answers your question.
