Hi

We had to include our property in our Trust Deeds as we did not have the £500 each to pay to not include it, I was not too worried as its in negative equity at present. What happens at the end of the trust Deeds? At that point our mortgage will still be about £105,000 but I doubt we would sell it or it would value at more that £95,000, maybe £100,000 at a push.

Thanks

Hi Chillypink.

If equity develops you'll have to pay it over before you can be discharged.

If there's no equity I'd imagine that there will be no problem.

Ok well fingers crossed there is no equity at the end, I would think it doubtful based on the housing market at present.
