thankyou , i have drafted up a letter to my trustee explaining the above in question,il get posted in the morning ,i just feel that my trustee is preasuirng me to aquire this 12.5k when realisticly its just not possible to achieve which everway i look at it ,i suppose they will be needing there cut of the funds for fees .

i got a letter back today , they want me to extend the trust deed for anouther 12 months ,then review the case at the end of anouther 12 months ,can they keep extending it?

Hi nevil99.

In the circumstances it would seem that extensions are possible.

The root of the issue seems to be that almost all of the return promised to creditors when they accepted your trust deed in the first place was based upon that equity sum.
The ยฃ50 per month that you have been paying will not have covered the fees/costs of your trust deed company let alone create a dividend for the creditors.

Are you able to come up with any kind of offer/compromise for them to consider (see Kevin's previous comments) as an alternative to this extension?
