I guess that's the mystery solved in that case upnorth76?
Staying in office to deal with PPI is now quite normal and common. It's certainly better than refusing to discharge a client while this work is done.
Will they be discharging themselves once they've received this payment?
Do you have any other possible miss selling of PPI .
Me , thinks you are being used as a golden goose .
When was your deed taken out , AIB are a toothless relic , depending on when your trust deed was taken out . I speak from personal and first hand knowledge . Only thing to do now in my case is enter the shower with a soap on a rope . You have a friend in me on the other side .[:(!]
They have said they will and they better do. ๐
TD taken out October 2009, final payment November 2011. I took me more than a year to get the discharge letter plus form from Begbie Traynors, I finally got jan 2013. Despite me asking them to make sure it was dated 2012 to allow a few months for them to get it sorted... I wouldn't recommend BT to anyone as the communication is poor.
Yes , very poor service from this firm overall . Bet you the letter regarding fees was on time .Did you ever get to meet your trustee face to face ??, I asked 3 times and was fobbed off with excuses . Complain about the length of time it took for you to get your form 5 after all they took fees from you to provide a service .[:I]
