Not sure what to make of all this as I have applied for PPI thinking that it would be likely I'd be able to keep any payout. However it looks like this is a bit of a crap shoot depending on what it comes up your Trustees humph to do and that they can request and keep it if they choose to.

Just a bit frustrating not to know where you stand.

If a trustee can't get the trust deed reopened before the ppi deadline would they need to give the cheque back to debtor as I said before if mond wins

Hi,

The PPI deadline is just a deadline for submitting a PPI claim.
