Sorry to ask this question that nobody is really sure of again!
I am making a PPI complaint to EGG about loans I had with them that were included in a trustdeed that ran from 2006 - 2009. I have been discharged for almost a decade.
If my complaint is upheld how likely is it that I will recieve any payment or is it likely they will just offset any payment due against unpaid debts included in a trustdeed?

As it stands I think it's fairly likely you'd receive the proceeds of a successful claim.
