Due to the sum of money involved (over 5k), my trustee has told me that I've to sign the form sent from EIF and they'll distribute it to my creditors which'll probably equate to 50p once fees are taken from both sides. On checking the form, it gives details of a bank account this money will be paid into. I don't recognise the account number or the sort code as one of mine. Could this be an account set up by the trustee for everything to get paid into and then divided up amongst creditors? I'm tempted to have them send me a cheque and get it paid over to the trustee by card payment.

Nothing left to discharge - everything's done and dusted!

Hi gillian.

I'd suggest just double checking what the account is. Hopefully the answer will reassure you.
