Where do I stand with claiming PPI whilst in A Trudt Deed? I am only 7 months in, I think I have PPI but was advised prior to approval of my Deed not to!

Hi Dorset89 and welcome to the forum,
PPI would be treated as an asset in your Trust Deed and it's likely that your Trustee will look to investigate this in due course.
Any potential compensation payout would go towards your debts and it's not something you would directly benefit from unfortunately.
How have your first 7 months in a Trust Deed been?
