Does anyone know the answer to this one?
I have PPI on accounts that were subject to the Trust deed 10 years ago.
I paid some of this prior to the Trust Deed. I appointed a company to claim the PPI for me and they have advised that any amount awarded would go back to the Company themselves and not to me. Is this correct?

Not necessarily Lorraine16.

Depending upon which creditors are involved there is a risk of that though.

Probably best just to submit claims yourself and see what happens.
