I had a td which ended in 2008, I wondered if I can claim ppi from royal bank who I had been paying ppi to for 2yrs previous to the td beginning or am I not allowed as the rest of the debt was then included in the td?

You can ask them gillianr2.

I wouldn't use a claims company as RBS might, perhaps understandably in the view of some, be reluctant to pay out if they have written off some money as part of your trust deed.

It will be interesting to hear how you get on.
