Hope things work out for you. I know how frustrating it is and the problems a trust deed causes in your personal life .it was a major cause of my divorce and mental ill health over 8 years , I was finally discharged after the IPA stepped in ,on 4/11/14 even though my trust deed was meant to end in 2009 .Regarding legal documents are they not scanned when legal post is used for court papers my ex trustee used the same excuse of papers that got lost in transit but legal post proved they never got them as they scan the documents when recieved .The tribunal was heard against my ex trustee on 29/6/16 so im awaiting news as to what was decided .

3 years to get to this point but i never gave up , i hope you find the strength to carry on and get some peace of mind, never mind a decent nights sleep and a arguement free day , best wishes Pinalta .

Hi folks, just received letter from ICAS regarding my husbands complaint against ex trustee. Need to send some additional info but, as cheque to bdo has been cancelled and funds given to my husband. The trustee has withdrawn from re appointment. So not having to go to court now and the funds are now my husbands to keep.
Please keep fighting, complain to anyone and everyone, do not give up.
I wish everyone of you all the best.

I think the key factor for every one is letters of complaint keep copying and keeping note of who you speak to as their seams to be a lot of potential bully tactics from some companies chancing their arms of you have anything just keep records as this may go like ppi in future HAVE you been mis sold a trust deed just my opinions keep records and give them what for on phone calls and back up with letters

I agree Dpk077, the more you complain the better chance you have of getting somewhere, keep records and notes even recorded delivery slips.
All the best to everyone.

The date is tomorrow the 14th at the Inner Court of session. My case has been deferred until 5th October in case there wasn't a decision made tomorrow.
