Probably not in reality plasticdaft.

There are only a handful of trust deed firms requiring their clients to do this.

Most aren't doing so at this point in time.

I have completed my TD several months ago, today i had a letter
from one of my creditors, saying am entitled to ppi refund, however most of it is to go to the debt agency which bought my debt. Where do i stand on this? As I have been under the impression once a TD was completed, you were then debt free as any outstanding balances were struck off and creditors could not request anymore payments. This is not one that i have claimed this is the bank coming forward and telling me of this.
