I was discharged from my trustdeed in 2017 with this mond hearing outcome mean I can get my ppi that was taken from me and paid into trustdeed? Or just need to leave it.

Hi,
No - the Mond case is about PPI that was discovered after completion of a trust deed.
As your PPI claim came about during your trust deed, it is therefore an asset to be distributed to your creditors.

Hi Kylewi.
Excellent advice from amorphous.
PPI collected during a trust deed quite rightly will have helped to repay more to your creditors.
You might consider this pretty unfair given that others may receive a payment after their trustee has been discharged, but that's how it is I'm afraid.
