I was discharged from my trustdeed in 2017 with this mond hearing outcome mean I can get my ppi that was taken from me and paid into trustdeed? Or just need to leave it.

Hi,

No - the Mond case is about PPI that was discovered after completion of a trust deed.
As your PPI claim came about during your trust deed, it is therefore an asset to be distributed to your creditors.

Excellent advice from amorphous.

PPI collected during a trust deed quite rightly will have helped to repay more to your creditors.

You might consider this pretty unfair given that others may receive a payment after their trustee has been discharged, but that's how it is I'm afraid.
