Hi, new member. There has been a lot of discussion over the past few years regarding PPI after a trust deed . Sorry this is another one regarding M&S Money. I was discharged from my trust deed in 2010 and so was my trustee. I applied to M&S Money for PPI and was informed that I could not make a claim and if I did they would take me to court. I was also told my Trustee could make a claim. I contacted my trustee and they informed me they would not make a claim but if I did I would have to sent them the payment. They would not explain to me why this was the case. I should say this was about 4 years ago so not sure if things have changed or not since then. Has anyone else had any problems claiming PPI from M&S Money?

We've heard nothing here specific to M&S Money and PPI after a trust deed.

Hi TDA , thanks for your speedy reply. I have had a look at the link you sent and will decide if I’m going to take it further . At the time I did complain to the FOS but they were not sure what to do resulting in me withdrawing the complaint.
