Hi
Was wondering if anyone had any info on trust deeds being reopened after discharge,as this is currently happening to me to recover a ppi payment ??

Would all the ppi payment go to the creditors or does the trustee take a fee for doing this ?

Hi Brenda.
I have no facts in this regard, but I think it's safe to assume that they'll be paid for the work that they do.
