I was made power of attorney for my Father around 10 years ago, during this time i have completed and been discharged from a PTD...my question is, can my previous PTD have any bearing on me being the POT for my Father, and will any previous creditors of mine, have or try to have an interest in my inheritance, Form 5 issued to me over 4 years ago, all paid in full.ps Father in good health at mo thank goodness, so its a question for the future
Thank You

I have looked into this some time ago and there is no legal restrictions preventing you to be a Power of Attorney during your Trust Deed or after you have been discharged.

If you signed a TD after 2013, then any assets acquired during a 4 year period from the date in which you signed is conveyed to your trustee. If inheritance received after this then the trustee has no longer right over the inheritance.
