I have posted a few times about doing a credit clean up post TD, and am in the middle of doing so at the moment.
I received a letter from the Halifax today (one of my credit cards was with them) to say they had received my letter requesting that they updated my files to be marked "satisfied" and that they had updated everything to show it is "partially satisfied".
Is this the correct response or should they have marked it "satisfied"?
I genuinely have no idea about this stuff, just wanting to check they aren't messing me around!!
