Hiya all. This is definitely the place to come to get advice on trust deed issues so i'm hoping someone can answer this one ๐Ÿ™‚
I wonder how likely it is to be allowed to miss a single months payment and add it on at the end as i've had some unexpected bills come up and missing a payment will help me catch up.. Anyone have any experience with asking for one and/or how difficult it tis. I pay by standing order so i would just restart payments again with the Nov one.. Anyone done this???

Hi Amerififer.

I know one of our experts recently had a client who had an unusually high car repair bill that would have been unaffordable without some help skipping a single trust deed payment. As the car was required for commuting the firm was willing to help and just asked for a bit of confirmatory evidence. The payment was added to the end of the trust deed.

I think you just need to ask and give your Trustee a good reason to show some flexibility.
