Hi just a small question once my mothers estate is settled my TD will be paid in full in the mean time do I still make the monthly payment to the TD firm that I am paying or how does it work paying it off as it probably won't be paid off till later in the year , please advise

Hello marlush,
I suspect that the Trust Deed company may want the monthly payments to continue but it's probably best to contact them to find out for sure.
