Hello,

Looking for some advice. I am due some inheritance soon which will cover our outstanding balance on our DAS. As it will be a lump sum can I ask for a settlement figure or will be the full outstanding balances?

TIA

Welcome to the forum Kaboomba.

How long has your DAS been running for?

Do you know how much of the original debt total you have cleared via the DAS already?

Hi Kamboomba

Yes you can clear off your DAS early if you wish. This involves a variation to reduce the term and is now automatically approved.

If you have a Continuing Money Advisor, speak with them to set the wheels in motion. If not, you may wish to speak to the DAS Administrator.
