Having just read another thread about using a middleman, I had a look at the list of companies who can provide a trust deed and mine isn't on it?? It's kelsom associates, has anyone had any dealings with them?
Stupidly we didn't do any research when we signed up last year as our situation was so dire we were relieved to be getting a way out to sort things.
Any advice is appreciated.
