My trust fees requested ppi forms which I signed and sent back, and heard nothing else about.

My 24 month review was then due and they said they had still not received ppi forms. I filled in 24 month forms (my salary has changed and I stated this honestly) and also include wage slips and ppi forms which were sent recorded delivery. I do not have a bank account currently (I use my husbands) so I advised this is why there was no wage slips included.

I have now had an email that has a very serious tone to it stating they still do not have the ppi forms (which I don't understand as we're in the same envelope) and no wage slips so will be treating this as non cooperation and I have 7 days to send documents.

I'm really upset and worried about this, as far as I knew I had done everything I was asked to. Would it be normal for me to send them my husbands bank statement when the trust deed is just mine? Could they make me bankrupt due to this?

Thanks in advance.

My advice would be communicate with your IP and show willingness to resolve this issue. Don't sit back and wait on them to sort the issue out it may be costly in the end. If you cooperate with your IP they will work with you. Pick up the phone tomorrow and speak to them.

I guess if you don't cooperate your trust deed will end and the next step would be leaving you bankrupt, I may be wrong.

Hi Td14 and welcome.

I presume that you do have wage slips that you could send into your trust deed firm? Maybe you have already? I was a little unclear on this from your post.

Would your husband mind you sending in a copy of his bank statement so that your trustee can confirm the figures?

Payback is absolutely right. I'd suggest getting on the phone with them tomorrow morning so that you can agree with them how to get everything back on track.

Hi - yes sorry I have sent them wage slips already. My husband I assume would be ok to send bank statements but is it normal for them to ask for his?

It's certainly quite normal to verify figures using bank statements.

Most people obviously use an account in their own name, but I can understand why some sort of alternative might be requested where such an account doesn't exist.
