Can the trustee deduct overtime payments direst from your employer without contacting you ? Or do the have to write to you ?

Welcome to the forum jojo3342.

Has there been a dispute with your trustee regarding your trust deed payments?

hi there

thanks you for welcome
I have had no dispute with payments I pay standing order every month
never missed one.
I just found it strange that my wages today had no overtime in when I was due 30hours, all the other staff in office there overtime was paid and mines was signed off, unless its a mistake in here I wont know until I get my slip
I was just concerned to know can they go straight to my employer and deduct my overtime without telling me ??
thanks
Jo

Hi jojo3342,

I don’t think this will be your Trustee.

I think it’s probably a mistake by your employer and the payroll department. I would give them a call and ask about your overtime and why you haven’t been paid it.

Let us know how you get on with your employer.
