My one year review is coming up in a few months time.
Is this the same process as the 6 monthly review....done by post accompanied by wage slips (nice and painless- no awkward questions!) or is it likely to be a more in depth thing?

The reviews differ across companies - but the reviews are usually the same. Its not a 1 year review, its simply your 2nd 6 month review.
Like Porcupine mine was the same - Don't worry!
