Hi all,

Hopefully by close of play this time next week, my notice period will be up and my TD will become protected. From experience, does anybody know when objections are likely to be submitted? I have seen a few posts saying that objections appeared on the last day, is this the norm? what's the general opinion? I know that it is unusual for objections to be submitted but just thought I'd ask what people thought.

Thanks

There has been some feedback on here before SkintAlly that a lot of objections seem to arise late in the day (though please don't let this worry you, reading around the forum you'll find a very small number of threads regarding trust deeds that didn't become protected).

I'm not sure whether this is because creditors (or their voting reps) leave it late to respond or whether the trust deed providers review all the responses on a particular case around the time that protection is due.

Maybe Shona, Kevin or Mark could shed some light on that...
