a couple of weeks ago we got a letter from citifincial about an old debt which was included in PTD 2003 we was discharged in 2007 they have now sent the debt to a debt collection company arrow global. i phoned them and told them i was in a trust deed and as far as i am concerned the debt is over and done with they wanted my telephone number so they could ring me back.and get the matter seen too i told them the matter was dealt with back 2003. i phoned my trustee and they have not had time to deal with it what can i do if i keep getting letters .fed up

I wouldn't get too fed up. The debt doesn't exist and there is nothing they can do to you.

thanks Trust Deed Assistant it just annoys me that i am getting letters after all these years. Mayby they are just trying there luck
