My trust deed was swapped last week, now a case officer is telling me I have arrears of over £500 despite making the all of agreed payments on time by bank transfer.
I didn’t choose this company initially due to bad reviews, seems they were right. What can I do 20 minutes so far on hold.
Just getting ready to tell them to do one, not good for week one

I'd suggest asking them to provide you with a record of their receipts of your payments. You can then compare it to your own records.
Hopefully this is an admin issue that can be swiftly rectified.
