Your trustee will be making a profit from your situation so make sure they earn it. Prepare a polite but firm and brief statement to read to people who phone you referring them to your trustee, and then put the phone down. Any demands you recieve, put in an envelope and send to your trustee. Most companies outside Scotland don't have a clue what a Trust Deed is anyway. Keep no secrets from your trustee and they will be your best friend, and eventually the calls/letters stop.
I've got 29 days of mine to go - it was well worth the early hassle!!!

I packed up all the letters from creditors and sent them off to my trustee once a week. I signed mine in November 2008 and according to my credit report, some of mine aren't marked as defaulted till September 2009. As others have said, be polite but firm and explain the situation. Don't get into a debate with them. If it's possible, change your phone number. I had calls for about 6 months from when I entered my trust deed. The other thing you might get (I'm not trying to worry you) is cards or letters through the door saying you're getting a visit from debt collectors. It's unlikely they'll appear. If they do, they have no right to enter your property. Ask them to leave as they can't do anything. They aren't Sheriffs Officers so can be told to leave.
The first bit of the trust deed can be quite stressful. It gets better and the calls will stop.
Nothing left to discharge - everything's done and dusted!
