Hi Folks
It's nearly six months now since I signed my trust deed and I'm still receiving regular letters from Santander. The other creditors have pretty much stopped. The last one described my loan as an "opening balance" dated last month. The original loan was taken over from Cahoot some years ago. Is there anything sinister in this?

Hi Snowball.
I don't think there is anything to worry about. Maybe it's best just to pass the letters to your trust deed company.
