I know it has been discussed before but I thought I would let everyone know that I managed to sign up for a new mobile contract with Three. My current deal was ending and I wanted to keep costs the same and get a new phone.
I did this through affordable mobiles and had no issues whatsoever.
Been in our Trust deed since September so it shows that not all companies are against us [:)]

Many thanks for sharing this. I'm sure it will be reassuring for many readers who may wish to change their mobile phone contract during or after a trust deed.
The other option is to tell your existing contract provider that you'll leave unless they give you a cheaper deal or a better handset. One of the team here recently obtained a shiny new iPhone after making it clear that was what was required in order for a contract renewal to take place!
