Welcome to the trust deed forum plaxton panther.

I'm sure plenty of our members will be able to offer you support at a time that must be quite worrying for you.

In terms of advice, is there anything in particular on your mind?

Hi again.

I'd suggest contacting your trust deed firm and asking them to chase up any credtors that continue to contact you.

Don't worry too much though as they cannot do anything if your trust deed is protected.

Hi Plaxton P,

It is always useful if the Trustee receives the following details of those still contacting you as the debt may transfer hands several times in the hope of repayment:

a. Firm calling
b. Department dealing with the matter
d. Previous Bank/firm to whom the debt relates, if applicable
e. Reference Numbers (new/old) - to assist with identifying which debt on Statement of Affairs it relates to.
f. Full Address of firm dealing
g. Telephone/Fax Numbers

If receiving Mail - forward to the Trustee at the earliest opportunity and ask for them to re-contact/contact the firm at the earliest opportunity.

Chris
