My partner is currently in a Trust Deed. He has lived and worked in Scotland for 14 years. However due to family circumstances he now has to go back down to England. His Trust Deed was due to finish in May but has been extended til November. Is it still possible for him to continue with the Trust Deed? Or does he have to remain where he is until it is finished?

Welcome to the trust deed forum bubblymatie.

You'll be pleased to know that a protected trust deed places no restrictions on movement whatsoever.

Your partner can move to England and carry on with the trust deed as normal.

Hi bubblymatie,

One of the more straight forward questions as TDA has said.

Make sure that your partner informs his Trustee of the change of address so they can update their file.

Chris is not currently posting in the Trust-Deed.co.uk forum.
