Hi, does anyone have an email contact for Natwest, they have got my default date wrong on my credit file and I want to send them a copy of my discharge certificate.

I'd imagine you'd initially route this through their regular customer services team.

Thanks TDA, their website asks you to phone them, I just cannot face going through it all on the phone, will probably just write to them.
