Hi my car is valued at only £1.500, my TD states that it's not an asset, can I still lose my car at the end of this trust deed
Thanks

Hi Tallhotblonde,

What was the original agreement at the start of your Trust Deed regarding the car?

Is the valuation based on the value of the car today or when you signed your Trust Deed?

Hi there
The value of my car is £1.500 now,the original agreement was that my car was worth £2700 I think, just checked it's online value and that's we're I got the £1.500 from, papers I signed says the car is not an asset but they still asked me for my car details ie logbook?
Thanks

Hi Tallhotblonde.

It doesn't seem as though there is going to be an issue for you here, but the only way to be sure is to check with your trustee.

Hi Tallhotblonde,

I'd agree with TDA, I can't see there being an issue.

Best to check with your Trustee and let us know how you get on.
