I guess there are two main issues to consider here.

Firstly, you can move abroad during a trust deed. Your financial situation would obviously change after the move, but provided a fair contribution was still affordable it need not affect completing the trust deed.

Secondly, countries each have their own immigration processes. Some countries consider the financial status of potential immigrants as part of their process. We can't advise about what the exact rules are for New Zealand (or any other country) but this is certainly something you might want to look into in some detail before making any decisions.
