Hi I'm looking for some advice - I currently live at home with my parents who are going to be selling the house at some point later this year, will I be allowed to move into a rented flat if I can still keep my agreed payment amount up? And advice would be welcome! TIA

Hi Xlynk and welcome.

There's nothing to stop you moving into a rented flat.

The key point (as you have identified) is whether you'll still be in a position to maintain your commitment to your trust deed.

It would be worthwhile running listing out all of your potential new bills and expenses so you can be sure in your mind that this will be manageable.
