hello people. looking to see if anyone has had the situation i am in the now. i have 5 months left on trust deed but im looking to move house as we are outgowing flat..can i get a mortgage? if not how soon after TD is finished can i get one? anyone know any lenders?

Getting a mortgage during a trust deed seems to be next to impossible at the moment.

Hi mark,
What was your agreement with your Trustee regarding the equity within your property and how this would be dealt with?
