Hi guys, I have recently been discharged from my Trust Deed, September 2014. My husband has a mortgage on the house we live in but due to some neighbour problems we are seriously thinking about moving. He doesn't want to rent so we would buy somewhere together.
Basically, what I'm asking is there any chance in hell I would even be considered for a mortgage?
Any help would be appreciated

Hi Idizun.
That's a question to ask a mortgage broker directly I think.
Your recent trust deed will clearly be a challenge, but there are many other very important factors involved about which we know nothing.
