finished my trust deed a couple of months ago does anyone of any
lenders that would help with a new mortgage is there any brokers
that would help achieve this. my credit files have all been updated to show as satisfied
will this help

Best to speak to a mortgage broker.
Even if someone were to mention a lender that had helped them the existence of a previous trust deed will be just one personal factor among many that made that lender suitable for their needs.
Brokers have systems that match client circumstances to available mortgage products.
