My credit card by virgin under under written by mbna was included in my trust deed signed for 4 weeks ago. Still waiting on protection. I got a letter saying this was due to happen and told ip before signing. They said not to worry about it.

I get a text today saying my virgin credit card is now moving to just being an mbna card and I will be supplied a new card within the next few days and new account/card number.

I signed my deed with the old number and now it looks like my accounts being changed and what debt is on it will automatically transfer.

It looks like my debt will now be on a different account to the one I signed for.
