My husband and I have been in Trust Deeds for almost 2 years now and it is hard at times living with such limited budget. Anyway I need some repairs carried out to my house. I don't have any cover in place and think the cost will be about £250. I wondered whether it is likely that my Trustee would agree to me missing a payment to pay for this? Any advice would be helpful.

Depending on what the repairs are and how important they are then your Trustee may be prepared to allow a payment break to assist with the costs. What repair work do you need carried out?
It's something which you will need to speak with your Trustee about. I would get in touch with your relationship manager and run this past them.
If your Trustee decides not to allow a payment break for this, if you own your own home and have a mortgage sometimes a mortgage company will allow a payment holiday from the mortgage payments.
