Hi

I have an overdue phone bill that has been passed to another firm for collection. I have recently applied for a trust deed, can this be included? its only for £24 but that has escalated up from the £5 that was due. The contract was up years ago and I cancelled the direct debit as opposed to dealing with people in another country which has then led to them seeking payment rather than letting me go free

Hi SkintAlly.

All unsecured debts that you have at the time of signing a trust deed should be included.

As such I'd suggest that you make your (potential) trust deed provider aware of this overdue phone bill.
