I'm really struggling to pay my Trust Deed and this month I'm definitely not going to be able to make the payment - how does this affect my Trust Deed? Can my insolvency company arrange a break in my payments?

First let me say try not to worry too much. If you are unable to pay contact your trustee ASAP and I’m sure they will work with you. They will be sympathetic if you explain to them exactly why you cannot afford the payment.

A Trust Deed should be flexible enough to take account of a change in circumstances or a temporary issue. You may be required to extend the term to make up the missed payments at the end, however, depending on the reason for the issue.
