I'm really struggling to pay my Trust Deed and this month I'm definitely not going to be able to make the payment - how does this affect my Trust Deed? Can my insolvency company arrange a break in my payments?

Hi chloella1 and welcome for the forum.
Sorry to hear that you are finding things difficult this month. Is there a particular reason that things are more difficult this month?
Also how do you find the payment in general i.e. is it manageable?
Your Trustee can authorise a payment break and in situations like this it’s key that you speak with them rather than just miss the payment.
